10 years, ? countries

I started to fill out a Russian Visa application a couple of days ago, but was unable to finish it. Buried among all the other seemingly innocuous questions was this one:

List all countries you have visited in the last ten years and indicate the year of visit

Completing this question required digging up my old passport, so it took me until just now to make the list.

After finishing it, I thought it might be useful to record somewhere for future reference, so here it is.

Peru (2009)
Argentina (2008)
Cambodia (2008)
Jamaica (2008)
Japan (2008)
Vietnam (2008)
Canada (2008, 2007)
Austria (2006)
Czech Republic (2006)
Hungary (2006)
Mexico (2008, 2006)
Slovak Republic (2006)
Turkey (2006)
Hong Kong (2005-2006)
France (2005, 2000)
Portugal (2005)
Spain (2005, 2000)
Denmark (2004)
Norway (2004)
Sweden (2004)
New Zealand (2003)
China (2002)
Ireland (2001)
England (2000)
Italy (2000)
Switzerland (2000)
Taiwan (1999-2009)

I guess Hong Kong technically isn't a country anymore, so that's 26 countries in the last 10 years. I'm planning a big trip soon, though (hence the Russian visa) so that number should increase substantially between now and the end of the year.
